Women’s Med Dayton provides pill abortion up to 10 weeks in pregnancy from a women’s last menstrual period (LMP) and procedural abortion up to 22 weeks from LMP. The length of all pregnancies are confirmed by ultrasound. We perform most procedures with local anesthesia but IV sedation is also offered and is included for procedures of 16 weeks or more.
